OMNI Health Care utilizes tools to determine the priorities for enhancing quality of care. It’s an informed decision making process that clarifies significant issues to address.

A recent work session guided teams through this process, as homes prepare for mandatory public reporting in April 2015.

Priorities are set in working plans that are followed by progress reports to ensure accountability and transparency.
