Patrick McCarthy

Pat McCarthy joined OMNI Health Care in 2008 as President and Chief Executive Officer, and has overall responsibility for the strategic direction of OMNI Health Care and the operations of OMNI homes.

Pat is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in senior financial and operations management roles with private and publicly traded entities in the Long Term Care and Retirement housing markets with operations in Central and Western Canada and in several US states. Pat has held positions as Vice President of the Ontario Long Term Care Association and the Ontario Retirement Communities Association.

Prior to joining OMNI, he was Chief Executive Officer of a family owned company operating a portfolio of Long Term Care, Retirement and Multi-Residential Apartments located in Southwestern Ontario. Pat holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor.
