Glen Boyd joined OMNI Health Care in 1996 as Corporate Controller, progressing within the Company as it grew to 17 homes. Prior to joining OMNI, Glen was Corporate Controller for a privately held company involved in the ownership and management of 17 Long Term Care Homes in Southern Ontario.

As Financial Officer of OMNI, Glen is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting, including the preparation of the audited financial statements, government reporting, and internal financial reporting, budget preparation, variance reporting and cost control. Glen also has responsibility for various aspects of corporate administration, including payroll, benefits administration and insurance.

Glen is a Chartered Accountant, and began his career
in the Toronto office of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
