Candace Chartier

As Chief Operating Officer, Candace is responsible for the operations of OMNI homes,
and is actively involved in operations, due diligence and integration of new homes.

Candace Chartier joined OMNI Health Care in 1994 and has held progressively more
senior positions within OMNI, including Regional Operations Management and Corporate Project Director.  In her roles with OMNI, Candace has been responsible for leading many new initiatives that have directly contributed to OMNI’s leadership position in the Long Term Care Sector.  Prior to joining OMNI, Candace held various direct care positions within the broader health care sector in southern and northern Ontario. As well, Candace has been a member of various committees of the Ontario Long Term Care Association and the Central East Local Health Integration Network.

Candace is a Registered Nurse, and as well has
pursued studies with the Queen’s University
Executive Management Program and the
Advanced Health Leadership Program at the
University Of Toronto Rotman School
Of Management.
